Honor Among thieves left off, Sly Cooper Thieves in Time continues the story of the Sly Cooper gang’s exploits. Following their most recent theft, Sly continues to suffer from supposed forgetfulness and dances away with their friend Carmelita. Leaving Bentley in charge of the Cooper family’s old book of master stealing, Thievius Raccoonus. Bentley gathers the group and prevents the Sly Cooper thieves in Time Clan lineage from permanently destroying themselves when he notices that pages of the book start to vanish before his very eyes. While recovering the stolen Thievius Raccoonus pages, the player evaded security lasers. outwitted an avoodoo-loving gator, escaped attacks from an overzealous yet attractive policewoman, and generally caused chaos.
I had a great time playing Sly Cooper PS5 and the Thievius Racconus, though, and I came to the startling conclusion that it’s the finest platformer in years. You should play it. The way Pargue Sly Cooper animates is another example of such visual excellence. He can sidle along a ledge and press hard against a wall. While his opponent shines a spotlight throughout the area, he can hide behind a small mound of rocks. He lets out a startled gasp when the light brushes his fur’s edges. Perfect. The guard then turns away, and Sly moves closer to launch the assault. At the last second, he jumps into the air and uses one of his unique moves after covertly tiptoeing after his opponent.
Overview of Sly Cooper:
Thieves in Time picks off where Sly Cooper Collection in Honor Among Thieves left off, with Bentley and Penelope building a time machine, Murray racing with the team van, and Sly pretending to have amnesia in order to be with Carmelita. However, Penelope and the words started to disappear from the Thievius Raccoonus’ pages, so Bentley restructures the group to mend the Coopers’ past and identify the culprit. After she witnesses Sly stealing an art museum, Carmelita learns of his deceit and wants to hold him accountable for his deceit. Little animated comic strips are used to tell the tale, which makes it a lot of fun.
The game has a number of different places, all of which are beautifully rendered with this particular graphic style. I am really happy that Sanzaru chose not to go for a more realistic approach and instead maintained the look from the earlier Sly games. On the Vita, the visuals are much more impressive. Although the edges are a little jagged, I never felt as though switching from the PS3 to the Vita resulted in a significant visual drop. Additionally, the Vita’s OLED display aids the game. Everything appears to jump a bit more in your hands, and the colors are more vivid.
Gameplay:
Several eras are shown in Sly Cooper Thieves in Time PS3. Starting in a central hub, you select your character by looking at the occupations that are offered. This, in my opinion, perfectly complemented the Vita’s advantages. I was able to play during a brief train ride or in between duties since I could play short missions at a time. It seemed like the ideal portable game to me, and I appreciate that it offers you obvious spots to relax. Knowing that I could continue playing my game while on the fly made the experience much more pleasant. Cross-saving from the PS3 + Vita works flawlessly as always.

An excellent addition to the series and a terrific starting place for new players is Sly Cooper PS4 in Thieves is Time. The majority of my complaints are small, but the game’s most significant flaw is its lengthy load times. The requirement for a PS Vita may annoy players who wish to experience everything these eras have to offer. The remainder is only a few historical hitches. But they shouldn’t deter you from enjoying the most recent installment of the Cooper tale.
